168/365 water intake {24*/52}

I've been working on increasing my water intake. Here's proof.

104/365 rainbow water

I was out watering the garden when I noticed a lovely rainbow reflection in the stream of water. Naturally, I had to grab the camera. Shoot with one hand and water with the other.

83/365 aeration pond

I drive by this pond fairly often, but never knew how to actually get to it. I finally decided it was time to figure it out. Naturally, it's quite simple, but sometimes you just have to take the time to go down a different path.

209-365 swirly fountain

This is the coolest fountain - when the water shoots up, it swirls around. It was a little tough to shoot, but actually showed up better in the window!

171-365 waterfall

This one was tough to process because of the extremes in light and dark. I played around awhile with it and am still not that happy with it. But there it is anyway. Sometimes you just can't do any more with something.

This waterfall is pretty green & slimy right now, but it used to be clean enough that we played in it many years ago (at the top area, not the falling part!). The mountain on the back left? Pikes Peak.

155-365 waterfalls, aperature, and shutter speed

I think that waterfalls provide one of the best opportunities to play with various aperature and shutter speed settings. I found this one after dinner out with my family.
