47/365 little bag

A friend of mine wanted a cute little camera bag and I had already been making tons of little zipper bags. So I modified this one, adding fleece for the lining and giving her an interior pocket for an extra battery or memory cards. She loved it.

44/365 new tote

It's time to sew myself a new tote bag. I found the best turquoise to go with this lovely canvas that I already had in my stash.

281-365 slant-o-matic

I was SO happy to find this box of accessories the other day. I thought it was hiding in a tote in the crawl space. Nope. It was hiding in a tote in my studio. Yippee!!

255-365 box-o-buttons

I was in need of a variety of buttons and remembered that I had this box from my Grandma's things. Since I just need one button for each little card holder, it was the perfect source. Grandma saved buttons from everything - many of them still have thread in them. It's a great way to repurpose those old buttons and add a little charm to my projects.

154-365 camera strap cover

There are SO many cute camera strap covers out there, and being me, of course, I decided that I could just make my own. With the I Heart Faces Photowalk coming up, I didn't want to walk around with that black nylon strap on my neck. This is actually the second one I made; the first one had some . . . issues.

The striped part is underneath and the flowers on the outside. And it's nicely padded. There's also a small pocket that holds a spare SD card.
