Sigh. I am once again caught up. Yeah, you'd think I'd just switch to be on the weekly posting group. I keep deluding telling myself I may will get back to daily posting. Maybe this will be the time, right?

I sure do love these plates.

I really love The Container Store. The colors. The uniformity. The beauty. I would love it even more if I could organize my entire house with their products. Like a big, huge shopping spree would be so cool.

Either I'm running out of things to shoot, so randomness at the grocery store is in order. Or I'm extra creative, finding things to photograph in my everyday shopping (well, hopefully not every day!). Really, though, the colors are kind of cool. And do people choose for the scent or the color?

blue acid caterpillar

It hadn't occurred to me that I should provide some sort of explanation with my Wordless Wednesday post. Of course, it's not so "wordless" then. This was one of those fireworks that is a compact "tube" about 3-4" long. You light one end and they spin like crazy (even to the point of bouncing; thus the caterpillar look), and they make a buzzing noise. I shot these with my camera on the tripod with the fireworks setting.

In Photoshop Elements, I discovered awhile back (quite by accident) that when you press Control-I, it inverts the colors. That's how I achieved the blue acid caterpillar on a white background. Hopefully that makes more sense.
