I love, love, love to eat at Rubio's. But I really hate that they won't open any in my city. I actually have to drive an hour away to have their amazing fish tacos. Isn't that just the saddest? But it's totally worth it when you get to have lunch with a dear friend who is going to move away from Colorado. Of course, having my mom, sister, and the kids is always a good thing, too.
