142-365 scotch moss

I bought this scotch moss last year because it looked cool and has the teeniest little white flowers. Unfortunately, it spent the winter in its original container. So this spring, I had it along with another mossy type plant that I went ahead and put in the ground, not knowing whether they'd survive, having spent all winter in a plastic pot. The scotch moss was totally brown and sad, but I figured if it didn't grow, I'd pull it up and put something else there.

I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed some bright green popping up in the midst of the dead brown stuff!
