I can't let my kids see these. We've been in drought conditions for a year and don't get to have fun like that anymore.

I love the second photo, with the closeup on the grass. *transports Dawn's kids there to take advantage of the water*

Happy WW (Wetsday, Pamela? *chuckle*)!

Do these bring back memories...running through them to get relief from the heat...a poor man's pool. Happy WW.

Very Cool! ( literally!) I still at the age of almost 50 cannot resist the urge to run through a sprinkler or drive close to one with the window down!

We've been having too much rain here in Michigan for running through the sprinklers! Happy WW, mine is here if you'd like to stop by- http://table4five.net/2008/06/25/wordless-wednesday-our-trip-to-the-zoo/

It looks so much like summer! I love it. I remember how much fun I had running through sprinklers as a child, and how they seemed to suddenly switch to simply a device for getting the lawn wet. ::sigh:: Ah, childhood.

Great photos. Happy WW!

I love what happens when water hits the air. I also like the fact that a millisecond later, the scene is gone, replaced by something else.
